. Is there a defined and documented SA policy (in local language also)?

2. Remuneration

. Are minimum wages as per regulation paid?

3. Working hours

. The company exceeds 8 hour duty per day per head.

4. Disciplinary practices

. Are standing orders available?

5. Discrimination Audit

. Whether equal pay for equal work is given?

6. Freedom Of Association And Right To Collective Bargaining

7. Health and Safety Audit

. Check the list of chemicals and their MSDS.

8. Audit checklist of Forced and Compulsory Labor

. Compulsory deposit of money to be employed in the job is not allowed.

9. Child labor audit

. Check the age proof of the persons working in the organization.[Age should be above 15 years]
