Purpose: To make sure all 5S’ Pillar
5S SIP Process
Self improvement process
Purpose: To make sure all 5S’ areas can be maintained and improved.
Process: 1. Department SIP
- When passed one pillar, the department 5S implementation team should lead a SIP according to the requirement of that pillar, the frequency is depended on the first SIP result.
- Department SIP unit is the same as 5S audit unit. Unit SIP need involve department 5S team member.
- 2. Plant 5S Pillar Team SIP
Plant pillar team will conduct SIP periodically. The process is the same as department SIP. When an area can’t get 85% rating for 3 times, this area will be demoted to the former level, and get a low priority of upgrade.
