1. Is design and/or development validation performed to confirm that resulting product is capable of meeting the requirements for the intended use?
2. Wherever applicable, is validation completed prior to the delivery or implementation of the product?
3. If full validation is impractical prior to delivery or implementation, is partial validation performed to the extent applicable?
4. Are the results of the validation and subsequent follow-up actions recorded?
