Difficulties in self-establishment of ISO 9001 standard system
Many organizations may find it very difficult to establish and apply a ISO 9001 standard system, in which the follows are the most frequent obstacles they shall meet:
1. Too much time for studying and reviewing requirements of ISO 9001: However, this problem can be solved by attending training course about ISO 9001 held by professional bodies.
2. Subjective opinions taken when evaluating the current conditions of the system in comparison with the requirements of the Standards.
3. Too much time for the establishment and implementation of the system.
Because of this, it is necessary for the organizations to seek help from professional experts with experiences, knowledge and skills who will help to reduce time for certification and help the organization to walk in the correct way and be able to avoid negative effects resulted by wasteful and ineffective actions.
