Food premises audit checklist

1. Food premises are separated from refuse, storage, work shop, office or other areas which may cause contamination of food with undesirable micro-organisms, chemicals, filth, or other extraneous matter

2. There is adequate ventilation to minimize dust odors, noxious fumes or vapors in areas where they may contaminate food
