1. Do you use any customer-owned property? (Product, packaging, drawings, tooling, gages…)

3. How do you ensure that customer-owned property is identified, verified, protected, and safeguarded?
4. If any customer property is lost, damaged etc., how is it reported to the customer? Can you show me records regarding this?
