1. How does top management ensure that the quality policy is appropriate to the purpose of the organization?
2. Does the quality policy include a commitment to comply with requirements and to maintain (continually improve) QMS effectiveness?
3. Are the contents of the quality policy relevant to Organization, and measurable?
4. Is the quality policy communicated and understood within the organization?
5. Is there an established process to review the quality policy for continuing suitability?
