Is planning of the realization processes consistent with the other requirements of the organization’s quality management system?

Are realization processes documented in a form suitable for the organization’s method of service deliver and/or operation?

In planning product realization, has the organization determined:

1. That quality objectives and requirements for the product, service?

2. The need to establish processes and documents, and provide resources specific to the product/service?

3. That verification, validation, monitoring, inspection and test activities, and the criteria for product/service acceptability?

4. The records that are necessary to provide evidence of conformity of the processes and resulting product/service fulfill customer requirements?
