1. Is the layout, flow of material and personnel sufficient to prevent cross contamination?
2. Have the equipment and facilities in different risk areas been properly separated?
3. How does the organization handle contaminated products?
4. Is there any other cross-contamination that is likely to occur? (e.g. truck, cart, etc.)
