Procedure for identifying legal and other requirements
PROCEDURE FOR IDENTIFYING LEGAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
1. PURPOSE:
This procedure subjects to identify legal and other environment requirements, which must be followed in all the company activities.
2. SCOPE:
This procedure applies to the management, collection and update of new legal and other environment requirements that will be applied for the company.
3. RESPONSIBILITY:
• Every month, the regular staff of the Environment Project Division (EPD) is responsible for checking, collecting and updating information about new legal and other environment requirements that relate to the working of the company from communication media such as internet, newspaper, radio and government environmental offices as form enclosed.
• This staff is responsible for informing the whole employees of the new environment requirements.
• The heads of divisions are responsible for following the requirements relating to their divisions.
• Head of administration division has to assure that the customers’ demand are fully satisfied.
4. PROCEDURE CONTENTS:
4.1. The board representative needs to set up relationship with environment and health safety organizations to update new environment requirements so that the environment management activity of the company is always effective and suitable.
4.2. Administration division collects, analyses and documents information appropriately and in time for the environment management project.
4.3. Information that need collecting:
• New environment standard relating to the company.
• Certificates, licenses needed by customers, legal offices and local government.
• Environment requirements from customers, reference documents, research documents and others which will be used in building up the idea about environment for employees.
