1. Do purchasing documents contain information describing the product to be purchased?
2. Do these documents include where appropriate:
a. Requirements for approval or qualification of product, procedures, processes, equipment, and personnel?
b. Quality management system requirements?
3. Is the adequacy of specified requirements contained in the purchasing documents and reviewed prior to their release?
4. When purchasing good/services, does the purchaser provide subcontractors/suppliers with precise details of the order to ensure item/services are purchased correctly in the first place?
