1. Does the organization control its purchasing processes to ensure purchased product conforms to requirements?
2. Is the type and extent of control dependent upon the effect of subsequent realization processes and their output?
3. Does the organization evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to supply product in accordance with the organization’s requirements?
4. Are criteria for selection and periodic evaluation defined?
5. Are the results of evaluations and subsequent follow up actions recorded?
