Regulation about using machines and equipments
I/ General regulations:
1. The employees must be carefully trained about how to operate safely and correctly the machines and equipments.
2. When working, the employees must wear work protectors as specifically regulated.
3. The operation procedure must be strictly followed and be done precisely.
4. Examine, clean the machine before operating.
5. Unauthorized people are not allowed to operate or repair the machine.
6. All the machines must include operation guide along with.
7. As for pressure machines, must have permission to use.
8. Never repair the pressure machine if there is still pressure in it.
9. Never place inflammable chemicals near pressure machines when working.
10. When leaving, the worker must turn off the machine he (or she) operates. The direct divisional head is responsible for instructing their workers and employees to follow these regulations. In any case of not turning off the machines, the divisional head will be of highest responsibility.
II/ Instruction about operating the machines:
Do as specified in the operation guide of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 which is being applied in the company.
