STANDARD OF WATER USED
1. Point for used magnitude level:
• 300,000 m3 per year: 3 points.
• 100,000 – 300,000 m3 per year: 2 points.
• < 100,000 m3 per year: 1 point.
2. Point for spread level
Expansion factor always counts 2 points as for underground water will always have effect on the regional ecological balance
3. Point for effect level
• Exploit > 20 years: 3 points.
• Exploit 5 – 20 years: 2 points.
• Exploit < 5 years: 1 point.
