Updating of preliminary information and documents specifying the PRPs and the HACCP plan
Following the establishment of operational PRP(s) (see 7.5) and/or the HACCP plan (see 7.6), the organization
shall update the following information, if necessary:
a) product characteristics (see 7.3.3);
b) intended use (see 7.3.4);
c) flow diagrams (see 220.127.116.11);
d) process steps (see 18.104.22.168);
e) control measures (see 22.214.171.124).
If necessary, the HACCP plan (see 7.6.1) and the procedures and instructions specifying the PRP(s) (see 7.2)
shall be amended.
